Does the scooter fold up for storage?

No it doesn't. It's not very big.

How do you disassemble the scooter? The top locked into place and can’t remove it.

If you look at it from upside down and look up into it there's a little black piece you have to hold down while you pull the scooter bar up.

How do I contact the seller? I ordered December 12th and it hasn't shipped.
