Perfect for Sensitive and Irritated Skin
This is an expensive product, but as someone who struggles with regular redness and skin irritation, it is absolutely worth it. My skin is extremely sensitive to alcohol, soap, fragrance, and even natural essential oils. I ordered this while my skin was going through a rough patch due to a reaction to new skin products I had been using. I love how soothing the lotion is to my skin. The best way to get the most out of it is to use it in a targeted way for redness. For example, I have redness on my cheeks and nose, so those are the only places I used them. A little goes a long way. The other recommendation I have is to use this consistently (morning and evening) with a sensitive skin routine. If you are using a calming product while continuing to use irritating products, it won't work very well. Finally, give it about two to three weeks before you decide if it works. While I did notice a reduction in redness immediately, the positive effects grew as I continued to use it. I still do have redness (it's not a miracle product), but I can definitely see that the irritation in my skin has reduced and my overall skin health has improved by using this product.

Not Just A Green Cover
I bought this based on the recommendation of Allure, but specifically because it was supposed to address the root cause and not just a cover product. But then I have used products like ROC Resurfacing, and not really noticed an improvement. I also am not officially diagnosed with rosacea, but have noticed more and more redness in pictures. Then I had a sinus infection, where the antibiotics prescribed where the same as for rosacea, and noticed the redness in my face reducing. But when the antibiotics were gone, the redness came back. So I went looking for this. It has been several weeks of using it twice a day, and have been impressed with the results. The general redness is reduced, but the more specific red-purple veins are still there. I do hope that they will reduce with use as well. I live in a cold area, and the cream feels like it creates a nice barrier, without feeling real heavy. Everyone's skin is different, and those with sensitive skin will have their own triggers....this may not work for all, but it is really working for me. There is no green tint to this, and I can see the difference with out makeup - it is making a difference at the skin level. I am not using other products from the line, so it is just this serum working for me. I hope it works for others so it will stay on the market.

Excellent Product
This is the only nonprescription product that's worked for me to lessen redness and pain from rosacea. In my case, the redness is mild (it's not obvious to others that I have this condition as it's not on the surface of my skin). Triggers that cause redness and pain are exposure to the sun, avocados, and alcohol -- particularly red wine. I use Meto lotion, AKA metronidazole lotion (prescribed product) twice a day which keeps this condition under control. However, this product -- Eau Thermale Avene Antirougeurs FORT Soothing Concentrate, Calming Redness Cream, upon application gives immediate relief and a cooling effect. I am surprised how well it works. Doesn't work for everyone as reviews here show, but it's worth a try.

Great Product for Redness
I have been using this for several months for rosacea my face. It helps keep the redness down and helps a lot if I'm outside in the sun (of course with a hat on and sunscreen). I use it every morning and sometimes as night if needed. Much less expensive the the RX meds for $600. Dr. Weil's mushroom Origins line also help with redness. It will not work on broken red blood vessels. The only thing for those are laser zap to shrink the blood vessel.

Doesn't make things worse
I have rosacea. This moisturizer does not cause my skin to flare up but it does nothing to reduce redness that is already there. Too expensive for a small amount.

Not for Rosacea
Bought based on several recommendations to help with redness for rosacea. Product is supposed to be for sensitive skin and to help alleviate the redness associated with conditions like rosacea. I used a pea-sized amount and immediately noticed an odd smell. This product is not unscented - it smells like burnt plastic. I thought the smell would dissipate as the product dried down but it did not. then, within a few minutes, my entire face felt hot. I went back to the bathroom and my face was beet red and burning. I had to wash my face twice with a gentle cleanser and cool water to tame the stinging. Hours later, my face is still burning and bright red, so Instead of calming the redness this product has caused a flare up that will likely last a couple of weeks. Not what I was going for. Obviously I returned it and would not recommend it for people who have rosacea or sensitive skin.

I bought this off a review from a youtube video. It was explained like it was a miracle cream to remove redness (at least according to theYoutuber). I think it's okay. Maybe I can see a slight lightening of my redness on my face after application-- rosacea related-- but it's not majorly noticeable. I'm willing to try anything to help with the redness on my cheeks or around my nose and I don't feel cheated by spending money for this. It was worth a try and it's not a total waste of money. Will keep at it and re-review if I see anything worth reporting.Update: Yeah, save your money. I saw what I hoped to see but in reality, this cream doesn't really do anything and for the price it's absolutely a rip off.

Avene for soothing redness...
Prior to discovering this med, my Rosacea was quite active. I was not in public much. This med has changed my life by tempering the redness. I recommend it at any cost!
