Easy to use
Bought this for my elderly mum. She got to grips with it straight away. Big numbers, if fingers no longer dexterous. Light weight and good colour choices. We chose blue and she us very pleased with it!

Mobile for elderly
The phone is very loud when set for deaf and allows easy conversation, the ringer is also loud and answers upon opening the phone so it's great for my 92 year old mum.

No Frills but Great Value
Purchased for an elderly relative to replace an older worn out flip phone.Very easy to use, no frills phone - calls and texts, just what we wanted.Great battery life.Update - 4 months down the line, this phone just powers off randomly and clears all settings whether the battery is fully charged or not.Returned for a refund but Amazon are reluctant to honour the 12 month guarantee.

Small attractive phone
I bought this for my blind son. Easy to operate. Keypads to write texts and numbers easily. Compact and sturdy. I bought the blue one, lovely colour. Recommended for blind, elderly or disabled.

Adequate, you get what you pay for I suppose.
Firstly, this phone does not take a nano or micro Sim card as suggested, you will need a full size sim or sim adapter.Secondly getting the back off is tricky, it feels very flimsy as you try to unclip it, be careful. Now it is actually set up and charged it seems OK for my elderly Dad but there is no way he could have done it himself.I would say it's fit for purpose once set up.
