Does the lining stop at the shoulder as one reviewer stated?

It's one kind of fabric throughout the whole jacket. It's soft and fuzzy on the inside for both the arms and the body.

Is this a fleece jacket or sweatshirt material? Title says fleece but I’m not so sure....

It is made from a Cotton Polyester blend Fleece but wears just like a sweatshirt.
