Support and comfort
The quality and fit of the product was very good. Based on previous reviews, I sized up. So a UK 10, I ordered a regular rather than petite fit. The product was very supportive and helped ease the pain in my lower back. The product arrived quickly and in good condition. I would recommend this product.

Ok for minor support requirements
I'm just recovering from a lower back injury and bought this to replace an ageing belt bought in Lidl that served me well. This belt does not cover as much of my back, but the area that it does cover is definitely helped. The belt has an inner velcro grip that holds well, even when sitting. The outer velcro sections are elasticated and depending on how much you pull on each side, they grip well and vary the feeling of support. I tend to slacken these off when sitting. There doesn't appear to be much in the way of additional support at the rear of the belt so I guess this will only be useful where only minor support is required.

Very effective belt
This belt fastens well with Velcro. Once the main belt is on you can tighten it with a second set of fasteners. The belt went under my shirt and shorts and is unobtrusive. Most importantly it held my hips so I didn’t further strain my sacroiliac when playing golf

Work amazingly.
This hip belt is amazing, I was crying from pain while trying to walk or stand longer than a minute. I put in on and started to cry from relive - pain go away and I finally can do things without back pain. I bought it because someone told me that my hips can be the cause of pain - not neuralgia. I think I was misdiagnosed for the last 12 years...Wort buying - really nice done, easy to wear, not moving thanks to silicon straps, and work for pain from hips beautifully.

Worked well.
It certainly supported my SI joints, decreased the pain and was comfortable to wear. The Velcro started coming through the binding after a month which can be scratchy,

I wish I'd bought one of these years ago.
I've been suffering with sciatica like symptoms for about 15 years and was diagnosed 6 years ago with a weak sacroiliac joint. Was given exercises to do and told to work on posture but nothing really worked. I bought this belt about 6 months ago and wear it when I'm in bed because it's when I'm lying down the joint starts to separate, and when I try and get up in the morning I'm in absolute agony. 6 months on with wearing it, the joint appears to be much stronger now and I rarely get any symptoms even after doing manual work. There are much more expensive belts out there that promise to help, but I would highly recommend trying one of these first.

Works.
I ended up buying the smallest size (petite) & the size small. This was because although the petite fit around my hips, its width is a little small. The size small is quite significantly larger than the petite, in both width and length- definitely measure yourself before choosing. Depending on my needs, I wear either or sometimes both. They are strong and very supportive & the best hip support I’ve found online yet.

Recommended by my chiropractor when I hurt myself
I found this very helpful during my injury. My chiropractor recommended it to me and I have not been disappointed. Strong elastic, adjustable, good quality Velcro. Very helpful for supporting the lower back muscles and spine. But, don't attempt to wear it in the airport - they make you remove it - which, take it from me, is an embarrassing experience!
