Will this work on body oils on a smooth leather couch?

No it did not work on removing body oils

Will it remove the shine from a leather purse?

This stuff did nothing for me. It didn't remove an oily stain on my leather shoes. I used it over and over again. But, I didn't notice any change to the leather.

Very little. Was shipped with other other purchases in a large box.

Will it get rid off water stains?

It does a fantastic job removing water stains.
