Q: Are these interlocking so they won't move around?

Not interlocking but of a good weight so they stay in place.

Q: I need to glue down the edge tiles on my outdoor patio. Will be gluing directly to concrete. What is recommended glue?

I bought these for $5 ea. at Lowe's and prepared for hard work. They snug up together and are sturdy enough that glue wasn't needed, (porch project,) makes sense since they are reversable. However, says cuts can be made with a knife thingy--not. My brother's saw that looks like my circular sewing scissors worked just fine.

Q: They are only 5.00 ea at Home Depot?

Frankly, I don't remember the cost vs a vs the $5.00 each. For me, they were delivered expeditiously.
