Q: I'm a wide foot runner, will FitVille shoes suit me?

No idea how wide the inquirer's feet are but I would say that it is a good idea to measure the feet as suggested by FitVille and order according the measurement obtained. That is what I did and was overjoyed with how very comfortable my "size 8 wide shoes" are. Much more so than my other walking and gym shoes made by some of the other well known brands. I am sure you will not be disappointed by your FitVille purchase, and also will welcome the very useful booklet "How to love your feet" which accompanies the order. Hope this helps

Q: Any warrenty or guarrantee

This would depend on where you are purchasing them and what particular regulations apply. I had them shipped from the USA to the UK. Any problems would have required that I ship them back to the USA. For this reason, I purchased shoes from a manufacturer whose shoes I almost exclusively wear and I am very familiar with the quality of the product. Also, I made sure that I selected the correct size, which differs between the USA and the UK. I know the size I need as I have many New Balance shoes (and boxes) which show both sizes.

Q: Are these good for a high insteps?

I don't have a high instep so cannot comment on that. My main problem is sore feet generally due to lack of support. These shoes have helped ease that a bit.
