Can it reduce the ring size by 4?

It worked for 2 sizes for me. You would probably have to wrap the entire back of the ring and maybe the sides.

I find it pretty comfortable. I don’t wear my ring every day, but I think it’s comfortable enough that I could without any issue

Will these work on a 9 year old girls rings

Yes, I wear a 5 1/2 and it works well for me. I think it would work for a little girl. Make sure you get the small ones. This pack has 3 different sizes and the 2 bigger sizes I think may be too big for a child.

Are the rings hard to remove with the sizer on them ?

Not at all. You use the sizer to make the ring fit correctly. If it gets too snug, you can actually pull the sizer off of the ring while it is on your finger.
