These are perfect for cleaning hard to reach stuff at work. I was warned by the old timers at work that these long shafts need to be put under a lot of load (pressed onto surface to be cleaned) otherwise they bend. I took head and it worked, but when I put it under mild load, it bent. To fix this on pneumatic die grinders, get an inline regulator and run about 20% duty, and mark where you can run it without bending (i use the cheap brass ones, but they leak air, so put it on the opposite end of the hose, or be like me an have a face full of cold air all day) and for electric grinders, a guy at work told me they sell cheap variacs at Harbor Freight. When they get bent or the wires get worn to a point, cut them short so you can use them at high rpm, but reach will be reduced, so save these for easy to reach work. Never used anything but a cheap Milwaukee drill driver, but would go through three batteries twice just to finish one job, so get an electric one with a cord and high rpm.

These brushes work well and have greater reach but the shanks bend easily and once bent they vibrate out of control and are worthless. Shorter shanks will do better if you can use them.

Don’t use in a dremel tool- wires will instantly disintegrate. I put them in a regular battery powered drill and they worked OK. Wish they were more rugged.
