As someone who struggles with grip, this was recommended to me by my MSK therapist. This role you can cut yourself or get someone to cut for you. I've cut all sorts of shapes out of mine, strips for the backs of folders I carry at work, circles to open bottles or jars with, or just an oval or random shape to help with handles on doors or windows etc. I got the red one which is good because its so bright I can't lose it. I even keep some of this in my purse just in case!

Tried to cut this into a tape to use around cutlery for ageing parent but did not stay attached. subsequently purchased Dycem tape from Dycem direct as not listed on Amazon. As a sheet for non slip place matt it works very well.

This product is so useful for many purposes, particularly for opening jars, bottles and to stop plates etc slipping around on surfaces. Great gift for people with mobility issues and can be cut to any size with plenty on the roll. I use a piece under my dog’s bowl too to stop it sliding across the floor as she eats!
