Do they fit different hand sizes ?

This doesn't actually go round your hand, but wrap round your wrist. It has Velcro fasteners and wraps snuggly round your wrist, they are slightly elasticated so you can make them as tight or as loose as you like. They fit both myself, a 6'5" 47 yr old bloke and my 16 yr old daughter no problem. Hope that helps

Any support offered for press ups?

I would say yes, maybe not fully tightened though as you would for heavy bench pressing

I have small wrists, will this be too big for me?

No it won't. You can adjust them to the size of your wrist ;) I'm still really satisfied with them.
