Q: How do you fill the water reservoir? Do you water the plant as a normal plant or remove it with the lining and then fill it up that way?

Yes, put your planter together with the soil and plant them water it, once the reservoir at the bottom has filled with enough water you’ll see the red indicator come up to show where the water line is, top up when that falls

Q: Is this system any good for peace lilies. I find this are best watered via the drip tray

Hi, I use my lechuza pots for orchids and find them superb, as for peace lily I would say you would need a larger one to try this out. There is no reason why it should not work with them as long as you follow the instructions on washing soil from the roots and repotting in the substrate provided. Please read the instructions.

Q: Why does the graphic on the images suggest plants over 30cm arent suitable for this planter?

All lechuza pots seem to have maximum plant hight specified. The pot is a bit small so I guess taller and heavier plants can make it tip over

Q: Can these be used with clay medium?

I am sorry, but I don't know exactly what is meant by 'clay medium'.
