I've been using this for my frozen shoulder. It helps quite a bit. Ice pack is a good size and its not too heavy. It's great value for the money. Just relax and let it drop on your shoulders. Usually pop it in the fridge or freezer depending how cold I want it to be. Quality is pretty good.

I always have sore shoulders and definitely a sore neck. I do like this ice pack a lot because after a few minutes of being out of the freezer it starts to conform to your body. The reviews I read about it leaking happened to us too, however my husband showed me why. When you are placing the ice pack back in the freezer, lay it flat and spread the gel evenly throughout the ice pack. Doesn't have to be perfect, but if distributed evenly it won't leak. What happens if the gel would get frozen in a "clump" if you will, because we weren't trying to make it even. This was making too much gel on one specific spot and causing it to tear a little in the area with too much gel. Actually an easy fix. I actually wear mine to the grocery store sometimes too. Could be better so it doesn't leak at all, but not bad if you just give it a few seconds before putting it in freezer.

This was amazing when I had my neck surgery. I ended up buying two of them to keep one of the freezer at all times and I kept one in the refrigerator at all times. It was wonderful.

I absolutely love this ice pack, I love how you can position it in different ways for your neck or your leg or your hip or your back. I love how it is soft on one side and it does it get too cold to make you uncomfortable and I would highly recommend it!

It was a little disappointing to say the least. According to what they have proclaimed, it should be cooler and stay colder than most gel straps. I beg to differ. It stays cold 15 to 20 min., which is what most brands do. It sweats profusely on the side that is supposed to be the coldest. Who wants to wear a rain coat while icing your neck and shoulders?

I ended up getting this ice wrap for my neck on a whim. It showed up in my search for ice packs and the price was only $8.99 so I grabbed it. I am so happy I did so! This ice pack gets so cold and lasts for a good 45 minutes. It is a great size and works perfectly! I would highly recommend this product.

This is WONDERFUL! Cools your entire neck or you can lay it over your stomach. We used it after hernia surgery and it worked great. Put in freezer for extra cold and it lasts a good hour.
