you would only need 0.5 ml for a gallon of water. I use a small pipette that I got from a local arts and craft centre to measure.

Is this safe to use for sturgeons?

No idea - it's fine for goldfish though

Can you out fiah straight back into pond after using this ?

I have a mature pond and use it with out removing fish,plants, ect. no problems
