I am a professional dog groomer. I purchased this tub and it is sturdy however when you spend this kind of money I would expect the parts to be worthy of the price I paid. We had to replace the sprayer which was $50. The plumbing parts of the drain were made of very cheap plastic and leaked. We had to redo all of that as well. I would appreciate a credit of at least $85..00 that was spent to replace these parts. For the money I would be embaressed as the vendor to send out a product with cheap plastic parts. I like the tub but I'm not sure why if it's supposed stainless steel why it has to be thoughrouly dryed to not rust? It's very time consuming. Please let me know how to settle this matter. I wish i could give it a -10 stars Already rusted. Straight out of the box. Horrible tub. Plumbing was so cheep I had to have a plummer out to put it together. AND they won't let me return it or give me a refund. Worst tub ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Fit perfectly in my dog house. I ended up purchasing another drain. The one that comes with it was pulled by one of my dogs and it unraveled immediately. I also plan to purchase a new faucet/sprayer. The one that comes with it has poor pressure and leaks a little.

Tub took literally 5 minutes to set up. Only reason for a 4 star rating is the shower head. This is something you would see at the dollar store. But, easy to upgrade to a head that you want for your needs. I would rate it 5 stars if it even had a camper quality shower head. The drain hose is cheap, but given how each installation can vary from house to house I understand the cheaper drain hose. I'm guessing most people will never use this hose anyway instead opting for a drain kit that works for your specific tie in.

Faucet leaks, no matter how tightened to do . Legs are very short and no very stable

Bought 6 months ago, already rusted. Also floor of tub is not slanted to drain properly.
