Good product
It gives natural look and easy to use it. Only flaw is it always comes broken pencil lid. I am not able to understand if it is because of packaging or the product itself it self is like that. Some how just using it, it has to be improved. Even after replacement facing same problem.

Broken inside
I like the insight eyebrow pencil very much. This is my second time buying it. But this time I'm disappointed with Amazon because I received a brocken product. The packaging was intact but pencil was broken inside 😢 and its non returnable 😢

Easily breaks
The media could not be loaded. This is not 1st time I'm buying this product. Whenever I bought this eye brow pencil either it is broken or it will break while using it. Eventough it works fine but it's not worth the money.

Loved it
This is the best eyebrow pencil in that affordable price. The best part of this pencil is that it is pigmented ... U don't need to apply so much pressure while applying it, I'm using it's grey ( looks like brown)shade which works best for my eyebrows it gives them a very natural look.And it is smudge proof.
