Good quality and sturdy build. Handles big items easily and is well balanced at the right height for safe cutting. Collapses easily for quick storage or transport. A must for safe log cutting. The chain grip is a bit fiddly to use but easy once you get used to it.

Assembled yesterday, haven't used it yet but looks like it will be fit for the job,as other reviews have mentioned the instructions could be clearer but if you work your way through them it's ok,I discovered a You tube video after I had assembled it🙄 which shows the process,my tip is to do it on a table or something to save your back, very handy being able to fold it for storage and transport,if you cut a lot of wood it's a good idea, will review after i have used itEDIT having used this yesterday for the first l feel a few points need pointed out, it's certainly a helpful device and sturdy when in use but for bigger logs another pair of hands are better as getting the chain on is a bit fiddly if you're trying to hold a heavy log and adjust the chain also I am average height 5'10" and found it could have been a bit higher to save strain on my lower back,l think with a bit of practice my technique will get better but it certainly does what it is meant to do and it's a lot easier than trying to cut logs on the ground

I use this regularly since storm D . very sturdy but the chain locking the log in place can be fiddly to use and won't hold thinner logs. Copes well with really big logs tree branches that would not fit in the post box type saw horse. I can lug it around my Welsh hillside so not too heavy to manage..

Just received , assembled and tested my sawhorse and it works very well. Instruction booklet is clear and large, all parts look well made and assembled with no issues in about 30 minutes. Tested it out on a variety of logs of different thickness and length. After a bit of trial and error I worked out a technique for securing the logs and cutting them safely with my chainsaw. The chain locking mechanism is very easy to master and works well. The sawhorse is sturdy and holds the logs securely in place. Overall a good product - recommended.

Superior design and construction make this an excellent choice even if you are working alone.

Like.height - I'm 5ft1 but if you are taller you might find it too low when in use.can lift it!can fold it.upright storage, doesn't take up much space.feels sturdy ** but not used it yet **. just had it set up with a log in place to test the chain arrangement.Assembly not too bad but better with a friend! Single handed was fiddly but thats not the products fault.Dislike.Bolts all in one bag yet some are so similar in size hard to work out which one to use where with some of them.Expanded diagrams too faint in outline - hard to read when you're trying to hold a leg in place etc.Safety split pins to use on the legs to prevent the horse folding when using extra heavy logs - great idea! BUT Split pins holes are just shy of alignment no matter what I do! I managed to fettle one side by wrangling around with a screwdriver to force an alignment, and some light tapping with a hammer got one to locate. But the other side is a no.. So I have had to find an alternative metal rod of a slightly smaller dimension to fit. I really didn't fancy disassembling it all, boxing up and returning it for that one reason. But it is the main reason I have gone for only 3/4 stars.

Excellent piece of equipment, pins don't fit for large logs

Needs to be taller otherwise it is ideal to ok for logging when you haven't got a spare pair of hands
