I received this yesterday & tried it last night & again this morning. I must say it works really well. I use the High Heat as I am used to using a sock with Rice in it at high temperatures. I use the Lid off a Pill bottle & hold them on the outside of the pad to get the Heat more on my eyes otherwise it's not enough. I think all these masks are the same. I have tried three different ones & all of them I had to put pressure on the outside. I set my timer for 10 minutes but next time I will do the full 15 minutes. You should move the Beads around before you start so as to get a more even heat but after that just sit back & relax. I would recommend this for anyone. Dave V. . I fond now that the heat on the right side is not as hot as the Right side. Doesn't seem to matter what I do it just doesn't get as Hot anymore have contacted the Buyer but got No Reply so, "No I would Not Recommend This."

Previously I was using a gel bead eye mask to treat my MGD, but running to the microwave right before bed was annoying, and it would only stay warm for a little while. I tried a much larger cordless heated eye mask with all these weird bells and whistles and returned it within a couple days; the features were unnecessary and not even useful, and it was heavy and uncomfortable. It also didn't get very warm, and the controls were very annoying. This little mask is perfect! The soft side rests right in my eye sockets, and it can get super hot. The middle heat setting is perfect for me. The controls are easy to use. One button for power, one button for heat, and one button for the timer. I also don't have to worry about keeping it charged, and the cord doesn't bother me at all. This was a great purchase!

It's soothing and helpful. I like that it maintains the same heat for the duration of time that you use it, unlike a compress you heat in the microwave. I just plug it in to a portable battery charger and use it wherever I happen to be.

I could never get the temperature right with the ones that are microwaveable, plus, you have to go put it in the microwave. This one I can leave by my bed and use it right before bed, which means I’m much more likely to actually use it. Has a timer and three heat settings. So far I have used it every day for a month with no problems.

Love this heated massager. Very light weight. One thing to know is that it gets very hot on third level. I can only use it on low but it is perfect for me.
