A great idea !
A really good idea. Easy to set, reset and read the numbers. The only problem is the end cap is a loose fit. It is captive when locked but is easy rotated and can fall off when unlocked. If not careful the the rings can drop off too ! Having said that I will continue to use these with the appropriate care and attention.

Easy to read and recognise
These locks are instantaneously recognisable in the gym, and the larger numbers make it easy to read the combination.

Letter Lock
The lock is a little flimsy and tends to fall apart on opening. One was dropped from a few feet onto carpet and the barrel could no longer be aligned. The dials can be too loose or too tight. It's great to be able to make a word or letter combination and the dials can be swapped around to make this easier, but the abundance of J, Z and Q options isn't ideal.

Ruined by lazy assembly
Rubbish product. Three of the 5 wheels are identical and contain multiple instances of the same letter on the same wheel. Not an insurmountable problem for random combinations but the product is advertised as being great for escape rooms and implies that the code can be set to a password rather than a random jumble of letters. Without this issue the product would be a fine low budget padlock which makes it all the more frustrating. Plenty of similarly priced alternatives on the market so I'd advise shopping elsewhere.

No escaping
We got this lock for the escape room my son works for. We had one similar but over time it broke. This one we needed the same code which was easy to set up, just removed the rings and put them in the right order.Was simple to use and set up

Love this letter lock. Works perfectly for my needs

Easy to read - don't know about quality.
I go swimming and leave my glasses in the locker. So these coloured and larger numbers are great help. I have no idea about its sturdiness or general quality - I only use for lockers at my local swimming pool.
