five stars but wanted to share something really quick in case someone experiences it.I love these stripes and just noticed I couldn’t find information on reviews here about having a temporary insulin spike and wrong results.I am eating 18 carbs a day and just had 10 carbs at one time. I use these strips every time I go to the restroom, when I’m getting back on low carb management, and noticed the next time I went after the 10 carbs, it said I was in “trace”, but I had just been in “large” before that.I am very sure I didn’t go over my carbs so I am waiting to go again, but in the meantime, looked up that this does happen temporarily with test strips, since they are reading what’s happening live in our bodies.So, it seems they are very sensitive and I have used them every time I do keto. I have had a lot of success being able to track this way and I mix in with carb counting on an app and once in a while, intermittent fasting. But these give me leeway to skip fasting And when I want to go up to 50 carbs are additionally so helpful on if I went too far or not.

These are a steal for the price costing a fraction of competing brands. I saw complaints on the color but did not experence any issues. I will tell you though from past experience that these will not last more than a month after opening. The reliability goes down. If this happens order a fresh batch and you're well ahggead of the premium brands.

These worked fine for about 2 months. I eat a keto diet and use these frequently to determine if certain foods knock me out of ketosis. I have probably used close to 10 bottles of other brands over the past few years without any problems. Only relevant to say they get used often and I am not new to using ketone test strips.I bough the 2-pack and put one bottlen n each bathroom and opened at the same time. After about 2 months, both bottles reacted to moisture or something and every test strip in both bottles turned a gray/beige color. More gray. They don't work anymore. 150 strips in a bottle. May have used 30. Bought in April 2024 and review is end of June 2024. Expires May 2025. Also of note is that again these were sent in April of 2024, but manufacture date was May 2023. Would have preferred a more recent manufacture date. Maybe that would have made a difference. Did not store these in any way different than all the other ketone test strip bottles I have used in the past.

Affordable, and Plenty to Last!These keto strips work great! They give quick, clear results and are super easy to use. With 300 strips in the pack, I don’t feel bad testing multiple times a day to track my ketones. It's a great value compared to other brands—perfect for anyone serious about staying in ketosis without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

The main problem with these strips seems to be longevity. When I open the bottle, I keep a couple weeks worth in the container, and I vacuum seal the rest in a mason jar. I've had these for a month and a half and they're still reacting with a strong color change. The last brand I tried cost twice as much, and the strips only lasted for one month, even with vacuum storage and desiccant.

I’ve had mine for about a week. They seem to work exactly as expected. I did notice, as other reviews have mentioned that the expiration date is less than a year from when they were purchased. Considering the price it is definitely a good deal if you just want to monitor your ketone levels. The legend is easy to understand and compare to the strip and it comes with instructions for use and other important information for keto diet newbies and diabetic people alike.

I have news for everyone: we use these in my hospital, open the bottle, remove a strip with gloves one & mark the bottle with date opened. The bottle is discarded after 2 months, regardless of how many are left. These are not meant to be opened and used until the strips are gone. Any humidity will affect the strips, and each time you open and close the bottle you are letting in a bit of humidity regardless of how dry your environment is. Do not touch the test end with your fingers, and please be sure your hands are completely dry when you remove the strip. Only remove one at a time and if you remove more than one, discard the extras you accidently removed. Putting those unused strips back in the bottle will set up a chemical reaction and the other strips will become useless. Replace the cap tightly! The price is such that if strips are wasted and discarded, it is not the end of the world. *Upon first opening, please be sure the bottle is tightly sealed with the protective foil, do NOT touch or remove the desiccant packet and recap tightly. This way, you might be able to extend the time these strips are useable. I am very pleased with these strips and find they are quite accurate when results are compared to the blood test results. At home I have had success stretching the usability time period of these strips when I have, using nitrile glove, transferred about 10 strips into an empty keto-stix jar with a fresh desiccant.
