I use these for traveling and I am happy with my purchase. They are great to keep in your purse for daily use and small enough to carry in your travel backpack or fanny pack. I will purchase these again as they prevent me having to pack the whole bottle or find a container to pour a bit into that will not waste or spill all over my items inside of my suitcase or purse. I even keep a few at work inside of my locker.

As I have gotten older, I have noticed I suffer from dry mouth and my teeth are sensitive to stains from coffee and tea. My acupuncturist recommended I try oil pulling to see if it would help my dry mouth and freshen my breath. A few things 1) you do have to pull it through your teeth for like 5-10 mins. I can do it for that long. I only do like 3-5 mins. but I still see results. 2) DO NOT SPIT IT DOWN THE SINK. Spit the oil in a trash can. 3) It does leave my mouth very minty and fresh and I feel like it stays that way for longer than brushing alone. 4) my teeth appear whiter after consistent use. This also comes in a cinnamon flavor...stick with the mint.

I love these individual packs. They are kinda pricey but much easier than dealing with a bottle of pulling oil and they are perfect for travel. I’ve purchased these several times.
