I’ve been using this iron press for a few weeks now, and it’s been a total game-changer for my daily ironing routine. Good iron box, easy to use, but the length of the wire is not sufficient. Need to be near the plug point always as it fell down easily.. rest is good

Right from the start it gave the result I bought it for..but a concern makes me think not to use it. There is a visible gap between the soleplate and the installation board(the body).So any accidental water entering wil cause a disaster.

Whilst the Iron itself is good, it is quite difficult to use it as the power cord is quite short. I do not understand why companies are trying to take short cuts to save a few bucks. You could have charged a hundred or two extra or given the option to the buyer. The cord comes off the plug point or creates a lose connection because it is too short. Please take back the equipment and I will buy another brand who is able to give me a longer cord.
