Q: I noticed that sometimes the motor is making a clicking noise but not actually suctioning. it’s like it’s on idle or something then it will start back

Your box should have had a little business card in it that says lifetime warranty. Make sure you register the product and contact them with any issues.

Q: Is this a hospital grade pump?

No. Wearable pumps are not hospital grade pumps. But they do work great suction is great and not painful like other wearable pumps.
