Q: The right earbud has no volume, and I've tried to reset the pair multiple times. How do I fix it?

TOZO’s customer service is second to none. I had a pair of NC-9’s, and the controls on the left earbud failed, though sound still came out. I re-paired, reset, tried everything to no avail. They were almost a year old. I contacted TOZO and explained the problem and what I’d done to resolve it. Within a few hours, I had a very polite and helpful response. They asked for my address, asked me what color I wanted, and within a week, new NC-9’s were on my doorstep. I was charged zero for shipping. I love my NC-9 earbuds, and the Crystals run a close second. I love everything about TOZO.

Q: Appare the crystal buds supported by the tozo app?

They are supported but not like you'd think. These only allow for the equalizer control in the app as there is no ANC on these earbuds.

Q: Are these comfortable and effective enough to wear while sleeping so that other people don't have to listen to my bedtime music?

In my opinion, they don’t work for sleeping, unless you completely sleep on your back. They stick out from my ears too much; they don’t lay flat enough to sleep on the side of my head at all. As far as disturbing your sleep partner, there are variables: - how deeply do they sleep? - how loud do you play iyour music? * I have both the Crystal earbuds and the NC9 ones. The NC9’s are flatter and much more comfortable. They fill the auricle of the ear more completely. I can sleep in them for awhile, and my husband doesn’t complain. But, he’s a pretty good sleeper. For your purposes, I think the NC9’s would be better, but that’s my ears! BTW, mine are the pre-2022 model. They’re very inexpensive now, since new ones came out. Good luck!
