Brought product... the item had faulty cells and damaged my alternator, I have asked for a refund, this was made two weeks after purchase. There is no immediate return or refund policy .. IT is quite disgusting that inferior products can be peddled ... and no. Amazon refer you to their returns section for the company, you need to call or fill in online doc both are not responsed to ... save your money and go elsewhere

A New Battery Will Cure All Your Motoring Woes. Possibly...
Bought for a 2006 Mitsubishi Colt 1.3, a vehicle I'd spent six weeks trying to cure the immobiliser issues I was having. Turned out that it was just a duff battery and the eight beeps it gave me every time I tried to start it with what I thought was a fully charged battery was just the seatbelt warning buzzer.Annoying...However, this battery arrived excellently packaged in a very sturdy box with carrying handles on the side (which your courier will appreciate enormously) with sufficient padding. Ten out of ten straight off.The battery was at 12.68v right out of the box and after about 5 minutes charging was ready to go.The only slight wrinkle was getting the battery clamp reattached (I did check to see if there was a strip to come off the bottom of the battery; there isn't) but this was a minor issue.Overall, a battery that exceeds the OEM specification for a very good price, despatched quickly and very well packaged.
