Q: why r they in a Toblerone box, r they Toblerone flavour? I don't understand

When I bought this item I did not get them in a Toblerone box, it must be something the distributor is doing, i.e. does not have any more flake boxes and so sending the product in what they have or able to get.

Q: Are each of the 9 bars wrapped individually, i.e. in a yellow twist-end plastic wrapper? does each bar of cadbury's 99 flake weigh 20g?

They are individual wrapped. Don't know weight but they're about 2/3 what they used to be

Q: Is a choc flake gluten free

I don’t believe so, but maybe google it?

Q: Does the 'Multipack' option arrive in discreet packaging?

No packaging was not discreet. It came in the brown Amazon box, but inside was the hero’s box
