I even broke one of the blades of the pump and stick it using fevikwik and it’s still running. It was my fault. I was cleaning and I broke it. It’s not flimsy, but I just happened to jerk it so hard that the fan came out and dropped on the floor and it broke. Other than that It comes with a sponge that works great for me, and it still has some space to add activated carbon, just a few Pieces and it kind of works for me at the price point. It has flow control and it does not get hot. The voice is very minimal. You cannot even hear it until its pin drop silence.

The media could not be loaded. I'm writing this review after 24 hours of usage. This filter works perfectly fine. It effectively filters out floating algae and leftover food particles. The suction nozzle is well-designed, ensuring that it doesn't suck in the fish.The only drawback is that after a power cut, or if you need to switch off the filter, you have to manually add water to get it working again. It's quite difficult to restart the suction process, and if you're not careful, the pump might run dry after a power failure, which can cause the motor to overheat.If a dry-run protection feature could be added externally, it would help prevent this issue. However, even then, you’ll still need to add some water manually to restart the filter

Not worth it. Not pulling enough water. Overheats and shutdown after a while. Regret buying

This is a good pump for smaller aquarium. We are using this for last two years. But the life will be 8 to 12 months.Also need to clean every 6 months.It's quite and nice 🙂

The motor of the product that I got was not working so I returned it..but let me say that the product is not suitable for spherical aquarium..you cannot fit it properly

Great for low water current loving fish , especially for smaller tank up to 20 liters … Best for nano fishes such as Guppy, tetras , danio, molly, Betta, corry . I had kept all these in my 18 liter planted tank & using this filter only. I use cotton as media for filteration and it works amazing, had to change between 10 to 20 days

Till date it's working good and water in tank is clear and filter is very easy to clean

Stopped working in 6 months
