This has saved me so much pain! I use a rebounder every day, the pain of which prompted me to get one of these. I wish I had discovered how great they are years ago. I wear it to exercise at home and have put it on top of my clothes so it's not acting as a sweat band also. You get to know what's just right - not too tight or too loose, and then you are able to quickly place it. I would thoroughly recommend.

Not good for zumba.It slid down after 5 mins so won't use it again. I tried on a different sport bra but didnt make any difference. Waste of money.

I don't usually write reviews but this is such a shock for me - simple, comfortable - this is amazing, I've never felt support like it - just been dancing around the living room to show my kids! I love Zumba and Afrobeat workouts, but I always end up doing the moves half-heartedly, holding onto my chest for dear life- well those days are gone - amazing item, a must buy!

This works too minimise vertical movement as intended but the material is super uncomfortable against my skin and it’s basically impossible to stop it from rubbing uncomfortably against my underarms (having tried various tighter/looser configurations). The only way I can wear it comfortably is to wear it over my shirt which is just silly. It’s a nice idea in theory but execution needs work as they should have used a softer material!

Started doing HIIT 5 times per week and read raving reviews about this. Bought one. Not overly impressed. Does the job only partly. Helps but not to the extend everyone is raving about. A miss for me.

I've been struggling with pain for years doing any workouts which include jumping or running and it's really helping with it.

Way to big

I found this really useful when I stopped breastfeeding and wanted to go back to proper jumping-around exercise. It held down my boobs, which were quite tender after a year, and offered great support. It's adjustable, and invisible under clothes. Not that easy to wash, but worth it.
