There is nothing wrong with these particular corner brackets, but in general I find this style of connector to be the weak link in an aluminum extrusion project.Even when set screws are tightly locked in, the design makes for a wobbly fitting, and it's not something I would trust anything but the lightest-duty project with. They don't really seem designed to hold much weight, but instead can be used for box-building designs where they won't be expected to be especially rigid or strong.Also, because the design requires the use of a really small set screw, its hex head is very small, which means it becomes very easy to strip the head.For strong corners, use the three-way corner cubes instead of these.

These are great quality - much better than the ones I purchased from a different vendor. They are much more consistent from piece to piece, better quality tapping on the holes, and the set screws are flat (have to apply more pressure, but look better and don’t damage the profile)

Work as they should in 2020 T-slot extrusions. Not as robust as external corner brackets, but they're not supposed to be. Can be used in addition to angle plates for an even stronger joint. Probably also the most economical way to get a corner connection at only 50 cents each.

horrible quality and no response from sellers, sent me fewer units than I ordered. The hole will not work with 1/4 20 as it's only a M6 and the hardware sucks. Don't buy, I will returning it ALL.

Missing two t nuts and screw heads are a tad soft. Otherwise fine.
