Very good book

There was a thought on my mind. The entire universe is made up of same elements we see every day. Even the biggest star in our galaxy and the our nearby mall contains the same elements in a molecular level. So if you think, its all same. We all are experiencing the same thing with different perspectives . We are part of a larger scheme.Us and the universe are not two different things. I loved this book. Though the Ayurveda terms were a bit confusing for layman like me, in totality I could grasp the importance of proper nutrition for physical and mental health and how we can reset our system according to nature. I specifically liked the charts explaining food combinations. Very useful for health conscious people 👍
