Q: I put a battery where I am supposed to for the pendulum but to still wont swing . Is there a switch or how do I get it to swing?

It is suppose to automatically move once you put the battery in. I will be honest with you. I bought my first clock on Amazon and nothing worked. No lights, no cuckoo, no swinging pendulum. I returned it and bought it through Bradford Exchange. Everything works Beautifully. I suggest returning it and go through Bradford Exchange. My honest opinion.
