Q: Can one person sit in this chair without it tipping?

Yes! Each chair is individually stabilized. It’s very sturdy.

Q: How wide is cup holder? For what size glass it can hold.

Standard size but there is nothing holding it up. Once you put a drink in it, it just swings there. So putting a glass with out a lid on it would not be wise.

Q: What is weight, packed size, setup size for the duo? What is the seat height?

Hello! The Weight of the product: about 20 lbs Packed Size: 6" x 12" x 40" Seat Width: 21" each Seat Height: 17" Off the Ground Setup Size: from the front of the arm rest to the other side is about 53-54" across the front. The backside will vary a bit since it shifts between the straight to a half circle seating arrangement.

Q: what is the seat height from the ground? we have a Kelty that is 13.5" off the ground but we are finding it harder and harder to get up from that low

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting out of your Kelty. Our seating area is about 18" when measure from the front center of the seating area.
