Well packed. Beautifully made. Lovely size, you can really feel the vibration on your hand. Functionality is easy to use. Worth getting a bigger size. Yet to use for meditation, I think it will have a calming effect.

Beautiful sound
I can use this pretty well but I’m no expert. However, it is a good purchase & I use it in my daily meditations. As I said, I’m no expert, but even I can get a beautiful tone from this with little effort. It’s also a great size & I would highly recommend. 😊

I like it, but I'm still trying to work out how best to use it to aid meditation.
The item I received is as described. It's quite attractive and it's sitting on my mantelpiece. I bought it because I saw information that these bowls are an aid to meditation. There are 2 ways to make it sing. You can strike it with the wand supplied with it, or you can stroke it around its rim with the wand. When it sings, the sound is pleasing and relaxing. It is supplied with a ring cushion. If you to stroke the rim while its sitting on the cushion, it can sometimes slip off. You can also stroke it whilst its sitting on 1 of your hands that is open, but again it can slip off. I think if I tried to continue striking or stroking the bowl during meditation, it would be a distraction. Perhaps you're supposed to use it at the start and end.
