Can this cable be cut? How long is the small size?

I don't think it can be cut but it fits well on my side by side fridge

Are these keys able to be copied?

Technically yes, but good luck finding someone who can actually do it. Walmart can't, Home Depot can't, Lowes can't, and so far the local locksmiths can't. Neither the lock, nor the keys have any type of code printed on them. I've contacted the manufacturer 3 weeks ago, but of course they didn't reply.

Is this suitable for outdoor use?

I use it on my parrot outdoor cage to prevent children from opening the door. It is in the sun but never the rain.
