Just what I wanted! Bye bye hand grater. Bye bye box grater. Yes, I have a grater attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer, and it's wonderful. But for the times when I need just a little grated cheese, or quick slice a cucumber, etc., I'm glad I don't have to haul out the big guns. This works great. And my 73 year old hands can crank this puppy with no problem. It locks down to my counter well. Very easy to clean. And now, to enjoy some fresh grated Parm tonight in my risotto. Simple pleasures.

So far I've just used this for cheese shredding and it exceeds my expectations. It is much faster and safer to use compared to my box type grater. Surprisingly, it works well with soft cheeses like mozzarella as well as harder cheeses like cheddar without jamming or gumming up. I attribute that to the sharpness which is impressive. The suction base works well on my quartz kitchen counters and the unit is easy to disassemble and clean. I haven't tried slicing things like carrots yet but I expect it to work well as long as you take your time because carrots can be pretty hard.

Love this grater. I'm really happy with this purchase. It does it's job and it really sticks to a granite counter. If I had one complaint it would be that the little plastic pusher thing doesn't go far enough down. I do understand you want just a bit of room between the grater and it so you don't grate plastic into what you're grating, but it could go a tad further before that being an issue. This works really really good to grate parmesan. I've had other graters that it's just easier to use a microplane. It's great for potatoes as well.

it’s aesthetically pleasing, fu croons as expected and is pretty durable. i like that’s there’s different attachments, although i admit i only use one. the color is great and it sticks to my countertop just fine. it’s easy to disassemble and easy to clean.it saves so much time in the kitchen when i make alfredo (from scratch) i use three different types of fresh cheese and it used to take me forever and so much hand soreness to grate all of the cheese wheels i have but with this i get it done in 5 mins. works great for my softer cheeses too when i make a baked mac from scratch or tuscan chicken.the only complaint is that there’s a little gap between the wall & the actual grater, where cheese gets stuck. after you’re done grating the cheese you end up with a thin slice that gets stuck along the wall but doesn’t catch on the grater. so you can never grate 100% of the cheese because of the gap. you can toss it or throw it in your food if you’re cooking it, but if you wanted shredded cheese for a salad or something you won’t have any use for the leftover part. just a thought to mention. otherwise i use it all the time now and i no longer grate off my fingertips like i used to with my hand held grater lol.

I’m pleasantly surprised. For this price I was expecting as usual but this is very good and slid product. Cuts fest and smooth. I bought it to shred carrots that need when cooking for my dog . This shredder has no problem with carrots. Suction actually work . I bout other products with suction cups in the past . They never work but this one is awesome. Easy to clean too.

Makes grating cheese so much easier!! It comes with a cleaning brush which makes it easy to clean. Easy set up and break down. The design makes it safe to use - other graters don’t cover the sharp areas the way this product does. Highly recommend!!

I’ve only used it once but I am super happy with this product. This is the second cheese grater from amazon that I’ve purchased but I actually love this one. The cheese didn’t get compacted and stuck like the other design I bought and the base actually stayed locked in place on my counter.

We moved away from buying shredded cheese so we wanted to see if we could shred blocks of cheese. It’s very easy to use and can be placed in the dish machine. Highly recommend it!
