Is it suitable after c section?

Yes very comfortable after a c section. Still use them nearly 3 years on as still don't like the feeling of normal pants on the scar

Are there any matching bras for these?

I loved these pants so comfy but unfortunately I looked for matching bras but I couldn't find any! They really should make some!
