Delicious and filling
I've been eating grape nuts since I was a little girl and I have always loved them. I recently remembered that I used to eat them mixed with yogurt, so I thought I'd try it again. It's just as good as I remember it. I am bedridden and a vegetarian. Coming up with foods that I can fix for myself, which are filling, relatively low in calories and taste good is an ongoing challenge. This is the first thing I have found that fulfills all these requirements. I'm very happy.

Favorite Meal
One of my favorite meals is a bowl of grape nuts, with unsweetened apple sauce or apple juice, raisins or craisins, and sometimes some berries on top. Crunchy, smooth/sweet, and chewy -- all in one bowl. MMMMMM! Varying the amount of juice/sauce changes the balance of textures and flavors to whatever I want at that time. Try it -- you might be surprised!
