This is a genuine Mapei sealant in the advertised colour.Mapei makes great products with lots of colour choices. Their catalogues allow you to colour-match the sealant to your flooring, tiles, grout, etc. It's easiest to use a printed version. They also have a nice app, but the colour may look a bit different on the phone screen.

Mapesil is the best silicone money can buy
Over the years I have found Mapesil to be the absolute best silicone money can buy. It adheres very well, resists mold and last for years. It also comes.in a huge array of colour to match any bathroom or kitchen decor.

Check the true colours of this product before buying.
I bought this product based on the colour description (GOLDEN POWDER) as I was attempting to fill a gap between a mirror and a brushed brass tiling trim. Whilst online colour charts are notoriously unreliable I expected the colour to be nearer brass. However the actual colour can be best described as mushroom (or sludge brown). The colour shown on the packaging is totally inaccurate and because of the nature of the product, it had to be opened before discovering this inaccuracy. Consequently I cannot the return it and have spent £15 on something that is totally unusable.I would recommend anyone buying products from this range to check the colours very carefully before buying.
