Good cooler
The cooler is an excellent budget-friendly option for casual campers, beachgoers, or tailgaters. It's big enough for me, the price was awesome and it exceeded my expectations

It's just OK
It beats spending $250+ on a competitor, but after using ours for a few months, we definitely have a few gripes. All in all, it gets the job done and we decided to keep it. Can't say we would buy again, though.PROS:- Price- Made in USA- Cools just as good as expensive competitorsCONS:- Top heavy design, if cooler is empty and lid open, it will want to tip- Drain plug design is poorly engineered and there's a large area where water pools up, you'll have to tip it anyways to get it all out- Lid won't open if handle is extended- Wheels are just cheap plastic, makes rolling not so smooth in some areas

Disappointed in product & customer service
Support screws on the handle came out of the cooler after only 2nd use. I have reached out to Igloo, but after a week have still not heard back from them. After paying over $150.00 for the cooler, I am very disappointed in the product & their customer service. I bought it through Amazon, but it says to contact Igloo with problems.
