My ribs keep moving out of place. My chiropractor suggested a girdle to help with the issue. I also have lower back and shoulder pain. I was looking for something that would help, and the corrective brace came up. I read reviews on all of them that were listed and decided to try this one. I am thankful that I did. It has helped reduce the pain, and now I don't need to see my chiropractor as often. I am getting more sleep since there is less pain. It does make me sweat after a while. I use it every day, but only for a few hours—no more than about five at a time.

I have a number of posture correctors and back braces and have canceled my back surgery because I don't want to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair as someone I know has after 'his surgery'... (The large size is not large enough for all consumers) but it's still helps without a doubt...This device should be large enough to be able to keep loose & to at least easily reach the straps and try to pull them tighter to help keep the back brace from coming apart as well (very thin Velcro)... The lower back brace straps should have a stretch division in them for some form so you can tighten it more when needed not just pull them for looks...If the manufacturer / fabricator of this product will make a larger size (I will order another one immediately) it's a nice product and it does breathe better than my others but of course no posture correctors are never going to smell good after being under your arms in southern heat and humidity after a few days... With an increase in size, there will be more comfort (less heat rash due to tight straps retaining sweat depending on if you need it looser at times and tighter at other times....depending on what your body pain is telling you... The fabricator / manufacturer to this product obviously know they should have more than small medium large sizes 🤷 just like people who sell condoms t-shirts trousers etc. if the correct "proper" size is provided, I would do a five-star review & sing praises and again if it happens, I will be a repeat customer! 🧘🧎🚶 (THREE '3' ADDITIONAL LARGER SIZES PLEASE!!!) 😘🤞

Comfortable and good support for the whole back much better than the others I tried. I weigh 103 and the small size is good for me. Seems to be good quality velcro. I had fallen and cracked a vertebra that is healing and it feels very supportive, yet comfortable, much better than the back brace I had before. I like that you can get a lifetime protection.

If it was just a little bigger on the waist, it would be perfect. This one has a metal stint in it or something that makes it much more effective.I was barely able to close it around my 38-42 waist. I got the medium. So I should have ordered a large which I thought I did.I will definitely purchase the large and try that but even with it being too tight it still felt good. It helped my posture regardless.

I bought because I have bad posture and causing lower back pain. It really pulls the shoulders back to help with posture. After wearing for one day I could see the difference in my posture. I feel like if I wear it on and off it will continue to help with my posture. I got the medium and I weigh around 160lbs I feel if I went to a large it would have been to big.
