Great
I got the 90cm one. It's perfect, has a nice diameter and is nice and firm. I accidentally took a small chunk out of it with my fingernail while opening the packaging. After using it a couple of times I've noticed some creasing, but it's nothing too serious. It helps a lot with my chronic back pain.

Maximo Fitness Foam Roller
I purchased the lilac/purple print foam roller and found it is not too hard as some foam rollers are and the shorter length is perfect for thighs and calf massage.

Sent it back was too long for the exercise I need to do
Great roller, but I needed a shorter one. Didn't really consider that I wouldn't have a wall space without a radiator or table etc in the way to actually do the Physio exercise I need to do. The roller itself was a good quality. I only need to roll it up and down my leg against the wall.Happy to recommend, just bear in mind the size you need, if you ahve a specific exercis and your space in the house.

Amazing! I even bought another one!
It’s great! I even bought a second one (the blue one).It is true to size: 15cm x 45cm and true to the colour in the images. As someone in their 20’s who works in the film industry and has a lot of back pain; my physiotherapist advised me to buy a foam roller for some exercises. I looked on Amazon and found this one to be the most reliable. I bought the black one first and loved it. It’s soft, great quality and relieves my pain. It comes packaged like the blue version in a brown Amazon bag.It is lightweight/soft but also firm/sturdy and does not feel ‘cheap’.It is so helpful in relieving pain that others who also work in the film industry wanted to buy one too. When I bought the black one it was £10.83 compared to the price at the moment which is £19.99. Goes to show how much people like it. However, definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Great investment, best of 2022
I've spent so much money with physio, chiropractors and massages when what I needed was consistent use of this.My back pain and sciatica was caused by a knee injury which in turn causes my piriformis muscle compressing the sciatic nerve. Years of on and off physio gave temporary relief but it wasn't until my PT recommended floor work with this.It does require patience and consistency as with anything but I did feel better after even the 1st session. Once you really get to know how to roll out your muscles and target those sore areas it works so well for a fraction of what you'd spend on an hour long torture massage. After using every day for a month my muscles started releasing and I've had more mobility back than what I thought were my good days before, sometimes muscle weakness is caused by over-use not under-use and this helped me to realise so much about the mechanics of my body and what I needed. If nothing else it definitely helped with my core strength as a lot of the floor work felt like planking in various positions.I'm 95 kilos and this supported my weight on a hard floor without becoming malformed. Colour is a vivid as pictures advertised to brighten up your workout space.

Good quality but a few issues
Good quality, well packaged etc. Only points I would make are 1) it is shorter than expected. Totally my fault because the dimensions are clearly advertised but I was expecting it to be about the width of a yoga mate, however its quite a lot shorter so if you have broad shoulders or a wide back you might find it doesn't quite cover the whole width. Not an issue really for me but I do find if it is at even a slight angle then as I roll, my back comes off it at one side because the roll is so narrow. 2) the roll must be constructed in 2 semi circles that are joined together or some other similar method because something you can't see (there are no seams) but you CAN feel when you roll is there are 2 spots, 180 degrees apart which are really really stiff and you only know this when you start rolling and get a quite a painful stiff bit at a certain point. At first I just thought I had found a knot, and worked on it for ages however after using the roll regularly for days I realised I had exactly the same knot every day that just moved up or down my back. On inspecting the roll and squeezing it I found these 2 ridges or stiff bits which I must admit, I did think might be put there on purpose to give you a bit of pain, and make you think you are easing out knots, whereas in actually fact the pain is due to the roll and not your muscles. Now I am used to it I am not too bothered and now I know they are they I can use the stiff ridges to target particular areas so maybe they are meant to be there, and thats what it's for!Overall it's cheap, and it does the job.
