Very useful. Purchased for our campervan. Handy when travelling around. Saves putting kettle on gas all the time especially in the middle of nowhere. Keeps water hot for ages.

Great buy. Water stays piping hot for at least 12 hours, and decreasingly hot, but better than warm, for 24 hours. Carer fills everyday at lunchtime and can enjoy a coffee the following morning. Perfect.ReQuality:Excellent

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law and they love it! Coffee is kept hot all morning and refilled in the afternoon. So useful as daughter works from home and son in law is a coffee fiend!! Excellent buy. Recommended

It is a large jug and as such, not the prettiest of items, but that is far outweighed by its efficiency! It really keeps coffee hot for a very long time, really valuable throughout the day. It is easy to clean. We have not tried using it to keep things cold yet but as the neck is wide, I'm sure it will be just as effective. A great buy.

Good quality, large capacity for big gatherings

This thermal dispenser was great at first, it kept my coffee hot for hours and the dispensing feature was super convenient, especially for gatherings. The size and design were both solid, and it seemed well-made initially.Unfortunately, after a short time, the seal on the top broke. This made it risky to use with hot liquids, as it started leaking slightly and didn’t feel secure anymore. Definitely a safety concern, especially if you're pouring boiling coffee or tea.If the seal had held up, this would’ve easily been a 5-star product. Hoping I just got a faulty one, but something to be aware of if you're considering it.
