Q: How many years warranty does this have?

No idea, but I can assure you they still sharp and work absolutely fine after 1.5 years of daily usage!

Q: Hi, Do you have to buy the "set of two" for £19.50 to get two knives? Just a bit confused

I believe the "set of 2" for £19.95 includes two packs with 2 knives each (so 4 knives in total). When I bought it a few years ago I paid £12.95 for the pack with 2 knives. I love it and it's one of the my most used knives. It also doubles as great steak knife, if you're considering buying more.

Q: Does any one notice that the knife is not cutting in straight line? it cuts diagonally. Has any one noticed it or is it just mine?

Q: Does the knife allow one to cut a straight, even slice of cheddar without it veering off course into a wedge?

Because one edge is bevelled there will always be a tendency to veer towards the bottom left of the cheese, so firm control of the knife is needed. For tomatoes not such firm control is required. Brilliant knives though!!
