Works well
I bought these to stop vaping, they really do curb the cravings and I can go about my life thinking very little about vaping...They stick on well, sometimes lifting around the edges, but I have used other brands before that have just fallen straight off, so I dont mind the slight lifting since they do actually stay in place.I do get some redness around the area if I place it on my hip, but my arms seem to tolerate it fine. Also, if im not busy I do find I miss the fidgeting of vaping, but that's more a habit issue I think, rather than me needing to vape...Over all id say it works well and definitely helps when trying to quit, I'd struggle to do it without them.

Working for me.
I have nearly done 6 weeks on step one. I move down to step 2 next week. I used to wake up in the morning and have a cup of tea and a cigarette- I was a smoker for 10 years. In 6 weeks I have not touched one cigarette. I take the patch off before bed because if I left it on it gave me super weird dreams. I have learnt to remove it about a hour before bed because if I did it right before sleep I had trouble falling asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I still had this urge to get up make a cup of tea and smoke. This has been the hardest part for me. I have had to change my routine in the morning. I was worried if I put the patch on straight after waking and then showering it would come off! I now have a different routine and try shower first and then add my patch on straight after. It’s all about breaking the routine when you smoke.I have noticed three big changes- mood, smell and taste. My mood has been a bit low on some day’s, but I think that could also be down to covid and adjusting to changes around me around due to that. I have been a little irritable on some days, but not enough to make me smoke. My taste buds has changed- I used to love tea and now it tastes so different. I used to have occasional coffee but I find myself drinking more these days. My sense of smell is so strong. If I am driving with my windows open and I drive past someone who is smoking in another car in front I can smell it- that’s insane! I also notice smoke smell on people and it’s not nice!Do I feel better? A little, but I still think it’s too early to tell. I am not coughing as much during the day. Now I am reaching the end of step 1 they are giving me a rush in the morning when I put it on and can make me feel a little nauseous- think it’s because it’s too strong for me now and I am ready to step down. I am looking forward to the day I don’t need to wear a patch- I would say that I haven’t put any weight, just maintained, it was a huge worry for me. I have a little bit of weight to loose but I will tackle that after all the steps are up- I don’t want to put that pressure on me too right now. I have found I am a little hungrier but been conscious to try not over eat. I am proud of myself of what I have achieved in the last 6 weeks and the patches have helped me achieve that. I can’t wait for the day I am off them forever and living a healthy happy smoke free life. Giving up smoking is really hard but the desire and want to stop is the drive to not relapsing. I have already saved about £400 and I hope when I finish all the steps I will use the money to invest Something fabulous!

These patches really work......
Been wanting to stop smoking for a while now as was a heavy smoker I would smoke up to 35 a day sometimes more as suffer with insomnia pretty bad. I was also spending £100+ a week. I brought anoughter brand of patches but had to use surgical tape as the patch would get very loose and don't stick down propley so changed brands. These patches are very good and stays in place where ever you placed them so no more fighting with surgical tape. Being a very heavy smoker I was worried if these patches was not enough to help me with the cravings as I tried to use smokers gum ECT in the past and I disliked the after taste from the gum but all I need was the patches. I stoped smoking 3 weeks now (the 1st week I used anoughter brand) but now into my 2nd week useing these patches alone without the gum ECT. I am very surprised I don't need to use any other stop smoking aid as I have no cravings since starting useing these patches. I feel the difference already it's liked my senses smell and tastebuds have increased alot stronger, my skin feels so much healthier and no longer smell like a walking ashtray but mostly the yellowish film layer I had on my tounge (nicotine stain) is gone so mouth feels and smells so much healthier and looks so much cleaner and because of the nicotine layer has gone my taste buds has got so much better even a mug of coffee taste so much better even though I have been drinking same brand for years now. The difference quiting smoking has done on my health (on the vunrable list during covid-19 ) has made a huge impact on my respertary as I have a suppressed immune system aswell as phomonea in the past 2 years. So all in all the benifit of quiting smoking is the best thing I have done and if I only need a single patch as being a very heavy smoker to help me quit anyone who is wanting to quit can also do it. Each week I have gone through with the money I would spend on ciggys I treated myself which lasts and looks better then a packet of ciggys. I'm living proof that if you really wanted to stop you can stop as I'm known buy friends and family as the walking living ashtray. But best bit is no one knows who don't live with me knows I'm stoping and once the lockdown in the UK is lifted and I can see the rest of family and friends and give them the good news I have QUIT smoking.😄😆

Great product, but a little confused by the listing
Good product and I have been buying it regularly, lately. This time, the image showed 14 patches, so I thought it was a double pack. I didn’t read the description closely and was a bit disappointed to receive just 7. The price was the usual, so it’s understandable—but the image was a little misleading. Still a great product! A small gesture for regular buyers would be lovely 😊

Misleading and NOT ORIGINAL
Misleading photo says 14 patches but then you receive 7 THESE ARE NOT ORIGINALI usually buy these from the store , they work really well. I got these from here and wouldn’t stick , I still wanted to smoke , and then I realised it made me sleep in bed the whole day couldn’t get up. -DO NOT BUY
