A really gross but funny white elephant gift!! Everyone thought it was hilarious!

This is kind of hilariously gross. Honestly, there is no reason to own this other than as a gag gift or too be funny but it is that. My little kids all thought it was so funny to pull the black heads out of the ear over and over again.

My 12-year-old daughter begged for this gross blackhead ear set.We’ve watched many blackhead extraction vids together so this seemed like the next logical step.She insisted that this process, of pushing the blackhead sticks in, and then using a real tweezer to pull them out one-by-one would help her to destress.The ear is made from a thick yet soft BPA-free polymer material.There are 12 holes that readily accept the small black spikes.It’s quite easy to both push them in as well as pull them out with the tweezer.There’s something about the process that is indeed calming.It may be that the spikes are long and take a few seconds to pull out entirely.A few extra spikes are included in case some are lost.The spikes are hard plastic (or wood).The tweezers are cheap steel but effective.Some of the other comments discuss wishing for softer spikes but those would be more difficult to insert back into the holes.

This was very big and not as fun as I thought it would be. It's really hard to pull out the pin's and it's just as hard to put them back in. I was done with this in like 30 minutes and my hands started to hurt from just pulling them out. Then I put them back in and it was just as painful.

I have a friend who is absolute aces at the "picking" game. When we removed 40 year old wallpaper that refused to come off in one piece, she was the go-to for getting all the tiny pieces left behind.Given the arrival of some stressors in her life, I though it appropriate that she find something slightly silly and totally fun to exercise and exorcise her stress, so this floppy ear full of fake blackheads seemed like just the gift to bring levity into her life.The ear is large - clearly molded from very large Viking-type people, and comes with extra "blackheads" should a few go missing.In my book, the best friends pre-load the ear with the blackheads so gift-receiving friend can have all the fun of picking them out. Comes with tweezers so they can get right to it.Not sure on the satisfaction level here. I've been known to pick at my skin once I start the dermaplaning, so I can appreciate the soothing experience of cleaning up a hot mess of clogged pores. Whether it's as satisfying on a prosthetic ear as on a human ear, I can't say - you'll have to try it for yourself, but at this price, it can't hurt to try, can it?Fun, silly, and possibly somewhat relaxing. Also, can almost guarantee that no one - and I do mean no one - is expecting this as a gift. So add in your surprise factor and woweeeee! FUN!

We've had dandies through the years, and maybe this will be the winner this year. If you've seen the 'Dr. Pimple Popper' show you know it's gross, but you have to look. This toy is like that. Gross in a fun way. It's a silicone model of an ear that's soft and squishy, with small 'black head' pegs that you can pull out , and put back in with the included tweezers. Kind of like that old Operation game. Come with a few extra black heads in case you loose your zits. Funky fun, good gag gift, or great conversation starter on your desk.
