I'm really happy with this waist trimmer for working out. I wear it directly on my skin during workouts and it doesn't cause any uncomfortable rubbing while running or doing ab exercises. It makes me sweat under the band where I usually don't sweat. I have a 36" waist and ordered the M size (which fits up to 38" waist). It's fully velcro on the outside so you can tighten it as much as you want, just make sure to order a size larger than your waist.

I have a sweet sweat waist belt and it is really old, so I needed to replace it and I ordered this one. I did not like it at all. The lack of stretch made it uncomfortable to wear, in comparison to the one I had before this one seemed very stiff. I loved the pocket it came with but ended up not using it because I wanted something that would give me the ability to stretch it and put it on nice and tight. The quality of the product seemed good and the velcro worked good also, however, it was not what I needed.

I got this one because it says "for women" instead of like so many others that say for women and men. But it's a straight cut with NO WAIST whatsoever. Should have paid more attention to the picture.

I've got a few of these waist sweat bands from different brands, and I wasn't expecting much from this one since it's the cheapest. But I was wrong - this is a well-built, high-quality band. I've used it for all sorts of workouts (HIIT, cycling, weight training) and it stays put and feels good. No chafing, rashes, or itching for me. I just throw it in the washing machine when I'm done, and it's held up great without warping. For the price, this is a fantastic product.

I was very dissatisfied when after just one month it stopped sticking and working . I wouldn’t buy it unless you want it to work for only 1 month.
