I have an iron deficiency, but every iron supplement I've taken has always made me extremely sick. My Mother-in-law told me to try these, and they have been amazing! I don't get nauseous from taking these at all. I am much more energized and productive ever since I started taking these.

Good product. Not sure if I have more energy, I will give it time to see if my energy levels rise…but the vitamins seem good.

This iron works so good. It doesn’t stop you up and works like a charm. I had to get mine up by a lot to have surgery and I started this and my Doctor said he couldn’t believe how fast I brought my iron levels up.

This product contains milk whey. If you are sensitive to milk products, I would not recommend this product. I’m lactose intolerant, I didn’t think much of the ingredients since I have had other product that contain milk whey and had no issues. I took these for 5 days (both on an empty stomach and with a meal), at first I didn’t have any stomach issues but as the days progressed eating was near impossible. It felt like having rocks in my stomach every-time I ate. I also started losing my appetite. Once I stopped taking them, I slowly went back to normal.

I've been using this product with the multi-vitamin for a few weeks now. I had my blood drawn prior to using and yesterday. It does not appear to effectively increase hemoglobin levels and I haven't noticed an increase in energy levels either. On a positive note, I was never constipated using this product and that could be because of the low iron in these tablets.
