Q: Does this product already have the fiberglass in the mix, or do I need to add it?

No, it does not have fiber in it. Fibers should be added at the end of the mixing process to insure they don't get broken apart by overmixing. For each bag you will add one - "Fishstone, 1.5lb AR Glass Fiber for GFRC Concrete"

Q: Do you recommend plasticizer or flow control product for this?

It is not required as it already has a plasticyzer in it.

Q: Can shipping be reduced if I buy 10 bags?

Through Amazon the shipping cost is fixed per bag.
