Found it very easy to install, panel looks really modern and sophisticated. Have had no issues with it. Very happy and great value for money.Do not know how it compares with a house version, but this apartment model is just what I needed.

Well I had a nightmare time with this. I found the instructions not entirely clear. The door sensors were easy to install as I did these BEFORE I set up the keypad, but when I set that up things didn't go well after. Upon testing the door sensors and following the instructions the alarm goes off deafening the whole house and neighbours, i got a tamper and door open alert that had lit up on the keypad, even though the doors were closed and was in test mode. Then tapping in the code to disarm it was slow to respond even though I had peeled off the protective film. Then the same thing happened again when I installed the motion sensors, even though I had put it in program mode to prevent a tamper alarm, the damn thing still went off. Zone 1 just fine for the door sensors, but for the motion detectors in zone 2 is no good as these are instantly armed in home mode unlike the door sensors that have a 30 sec delay. For me the keypad was is in my living room with one motion Detector, no problem to arm it but for me to disarm it I would set off the motion detector before I get to the keypad, unless I fork out more money for a remote key fob, which I've read can have it's own problems. However you can move them to either zone 1, 2 or 3 ( but not a quick simple process) where zone 3 actually only arms the detectors in away mode but no good if you have pets either as they will trigger it off. Infact the motion detectors are overly sensitive that even a fly could set it off. Every sensor, detector and keypad have a tamper switch which in one way is good but changing the batteries or just even moving the keypad off the wall will set the thing off, you have to put it in program or test mode before you do it but even then it still set it off a few times when I didn't expect it to. At this point I did not want to touch it anymore in case it randomly went off again. Theres no indication on the keypad to let you know what mode the system is in. The beeps are loud and the melody is annoying. This alarm was not good, or maybe it was just me, eitherway this had a mind of it's own. I got a ring alarm instead and I'm so glad I did.

Ich habe die Alarmanlage für meine Schwiegereltern gekauft und war auf der Suche nach einer robusten, unkomplizierten und leicht zu bedienenden Lösung die ohne Handy funktioniert. - Die habe ich in der Tat mit dieser Alarmanlage gefunden.Ursprünglich war ich ja skeptisch, welche Qualität man für diesen Preis erwarten kann, aber ich bin angenehm überrascht. Die Qualität ist vollkommen in Ordnung, alle Geräte waren bereits voreingestellt, also miteinander angelernt und die Montage ging wirklich schnell. Okay die beiliegende Anleitung könnte etwas detaillierter sein, im Internet gibt’s aber auch eine ausführliche Version.Die Lösung mit den RFID-Chips, mit denen man die Anlage ohne PIN scharfstellen kann (geht auch mit PIN) finde ich super, manchmal verwechselt man in der Aufregung ja doch die Zahlen … Noch offene Fenster werden beim Scharfstellen angezeigt, die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten (teilscharf stellen und mehrere Überwachungszonen) finde ich auch ganz praktikabel, da wird der Alarm im Eingangsbereich verzögert damit man in Ruhe das Haus verlassen / betreten kann.Die verschiedenen Zonen machen auch Sinn, da kann man im Erdgeschoss alle Fenster scharf stellen und sichern und im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss die Fenster unscharf lassen und problemlos (ohne Alarm) lüften.Die integrierte interne Sirene finde ich sinnvoll, nicht jeder hat ein eigens Haus, ich werde noch eine Solar-Sirene ergänzen (man braucht ja schließlich auch mal ein Geburtstags- Geschenk). Fensterkontakte könnten konstruktiv etwas besser durchdacht sein, leider sind kein Abstands-Klötzchen für den Höhenunterschied zwischen Fensterlaibung und Fensterrahmen dabei, die sind bei anderen Anbietern teilweise im Lieferumfang enthalten: Zusätzliche, dunkle (braune) Kunststoff- Gehäuse für Holz- oder Holzdekorfenster sind leider auch nicht dabei, es hat ja nicht jeder weiße Fenster …Resumee: Ich bin begeistert und werde weitere Teile nachkaufen

(Kein ungewollter Alarm)+ Verschiedene Zonen ( Verzögert/Sofortalarm)- Anleitung (Vereinfachung durch viele Icons macht das Lesen und Verstehen eher kompliziert.)- Der Text ist nicht schlecht, braucht aber seine Zeit um durchzublicken.Wenn dann die Logik endlich verstanden ist, ist das Gerät an sich einfach zu bedienen. ;-)Zonen bzw. Endgeräte lassen sich relativ einfach umprogrammieren. (Wenn man weiss wie.)Das ganze Gerät machten einen guten Eindruck und reagiert wie erwartet. Das entschärfen mit 'Tags' war Bedingung, die ist zur Zufriedenheit erfüllt.Preis/Leitung TopGesamteindruck gut

Lo bueno:Compacto y facil de instalar. Aunque el manual te lo tienes que bajar de la web del fabricante. Impreso trae un manual demasiado simplificado.Lo malo:1. El nivel sonoro de la sirena incorporada puede ser suficiente pero es inferior a la sirena opcional.2. Lo peor de esta alarma es el nivel sonoro de los beeps que se oyen cuando pulsas teclas o confirmas el armado/desarmado, es muy muy alto. Muy poco discreto. Los vecinos saben cuando sales y entras. Lo peor es la cuenta atrás de 30 segundos cuando armas la alarma antes de irte de casa, muy escandaloso.3. No tiene LED's de estado. No te recuerda si está activada o desactivada.
